Support contact setup is in progress. Support, refund, privacy and removal requests cannot be submitted here yet. We have no public inbox or request form. Check Contact for availability.

What to include when contact is available

• Paid but no access. Your Razorpay payment ID; see Service Delivery. Do not pay a second time.
• Refund request. Your account email and payment ID; see Cancellation & Refunds.
• A listing is wrong or expired. The listing or source link.
• Employer or provider removal. The board URL and confirmation that you represent it; see Remove a job board.
• Privacy request. What you would like corrected, deleted or provided; see Privacy.

Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.
