Nothing is shipped

Hopefully Works sells access to a website. There is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery address. Nothing will ever be posted or couriered to you.

How and when access is delivered

Paid access is activated on the account you paid from, immediately after our server verifies your payment with Razorpay, normally within a few seconds. Sign in at your account page and the catalogue is live for you at once.

Keep your Razorpay payment reference for any access or refund request.

Access lasts 30 days from activation and is available worldwide, wherever you can reach the site.

If access does not appear

Closing the payment window before it finishes can leave a payment pending. Access is granted by our server, not by your browser, so it will still activate once the payment is confirmed. If paid access has not appeared within 30 minutes of a successful payment, keep your Razorpay payment ID for a support request. We will review activation or a full refund. Please do not pay a second time.
